Open-Source Gnomoria?
« on: December 12, 2016, 07:15:54 PM »
RoboB0b did a fantastic job with the game, as did the spiters and soundtrack musicians. It's been one hell of a project and I can understand if he's simply become burnt out and maybe wants to forget about the responsibilities and burden of such a task. I get where he's coming from and thensome.

That being said, I'd love to see Gnomoria going open-source, and I'd love to know how RoboB0b would feel about making the game opensource, or even selling the source code to an interested party. The question painfully remains- has anyone even seen him since Feb/April?

Koub - Please keep in mind that I'm not a native English speaker. Thank you for your tolerance.

I agree that Gnomoria is great game and shouldn't be left dying. What about starting for example kickstarter with goal about $1000 and when goal is met author can grab money and release source codes?
