It's easy enough to install and use, get the mods from http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/?
. Use Nexus mod manager for installation and activation and Fallout 4 Config Tool (available from nexus) to set the .ini files properly for mods. (Mods are not officially supported yet) Nexus Mod Manager is also needed to ensure that Fallout 4 launcher doesn't deactivate the mods on startup.
The site that you pointed to seems to use unapproved re-uploads of the mods in question, so best not to use it. The mods there are not uploaded by the original author, it may be with their approval, but I wouldn't trust to that. If they do not have approval I believe the upload is illegal, and even if it is with approval they may not get updated properly. Most modmakers only maintain the mod on Nexus.
