The working kingdom
« on: February 01, 2015, 09:19:19 AM »
10 years of work.

kindom worth: ~700K (400K construction (incl. 100K great hall), 300K stock)

45 gnomes, plenty resources to experiment with.
room for about 60++ gnomes

dug only to level -11

FEATURES.

- 100% goblin trap (shoot them or let them die of thirst  ;D), aka secure entry (goblin invasions give a lot of steel and iron supplies)
- golem spawner (maybe for golem core harvesting)
- bug spawner (because its fun to shoot them.... ::) )
- merchant exit
- massiv supply surplus
- blunderbuss squad (legendary steel)
- crossbow squad (mostly legendary steel)
- full steel claded hammer sword squad (not fully trained because there is no need for them right now)

If you understand the traps, its easy to play with them. But itīs not that simple without explanation.

I would like to read some opinions about this kindom. I tried to make an 100% safe and efficient working kingdom in an hostile enviroment.

Have fun with it. (it starts in spring with a lot to do for the gnomes).

- The gnomes now have a parlament (below the "great hall") where they can pretent to rule their little world by them selfs :P ;)..
 yeah, pretty useless but nice.

- updated beetlefarm

- lots of metal bars (500-600 bronze, 450 steel, ect.)

- 100% researched

its not the shiniest but hey, its called WORK kingdom :P

farming area, goblin trap, ranches, hospital, groves, and an experimental area for testing purposes.

main pruduction area, some of the personal rooms, great hall (~270k), part of the 4 story mushroom farm, the death pit

Cool world, I like all it has to offer.

I am going to add it to my Beetle Farm Challenge post.

It's already part of that  :)

This is only a later version.

I should make a proper list of entries, I saw this post on my laptop earlier and didn't even give it a single thought.

I checked out your first version and I really like it. You have a nice style. The updated version with parliament is really cool, even if it is just for show!

This download isn't working for me. Anyone else having this problem? It just downloads a .exe file which I am scared to run for obvious reasons.

I just checked the download link and it works just fine. It seems that you accidently clicked the wrong green "download" button of an advertising next to the real download button. click the little blue download button with the cloud icon in it to get the file.
