I didnt find any workarounds. Debian stretch fully unplayable, any saves crashes. Indev\1.0 dont change anything. At win10 all working with the same saves. But i dont want to reboot for gnomoria lol. For doom it cost it, but for so low level graphics & time eating NO.
 :'(

Looks like a sound issue.
I've had success running gnomoria under wine in linux. You could try that. Unfortunately dev is unavailable right now. There are instructions on the forum someplace to use some wine encapsulation software, i forgot the name.

Yea, its really looking that way. Maybe some of the mod makers will be able to address issues in the game. Maybe dev will visit us again
